We have really enjoyed our experience at Busy Bees so far. The team are all really friendly and welcoming and my son enjoys going there. The experience of joining a nursery during COVID and lockdown has been an interesting one, but the staff at the nursery have really done their best with managing. I have already recommended Busy Bees Hatch Warren to several friends!

Parents beware from this nursery! If you think that your child will benefit from Survival School then this nursery is right for you... because they will deliver your child outside no matter what - rain, snow, storm, heat it's all the same to them - common sense doesn't exist here they have tight schedule to keep... Besides that staff are not too concerned to dress your child appropriately for the weather - nursery still gets paid if your child is absent due to illness... After this nursery I had to nurse my child for 6 months back to health with 4 courses of Antibiotics a lot of hustle and stress... But the sadest thing is that they keep on doing it to other children, today I was driving by and sure enough children outside in rain with no hats and unzipped coats all around - funny enough but staff are wearing appropriate clothing nice and snug....

It is obvious to see what Ofsted rates this nursery as outstanding once you have been there for a while. We put our little one in to here after he had been in another local nursery for a few months and from the first week we felt that they paid more attention and understood him than we ever had from the previous nursery. The staff are excellent, knowledgable and have an obvious enjoyment for what they do. As with all changes when he has gone up through the rooms we have been worried about how he will react but the and off between the rooms is very well managed and he had loved his time there. Our little one is in his last months there before he moves on to infant school and we will miss everyone who has looked after him.
