My oven stopped working on a Sunday afternoon, I called at 12.12 on the Monday lunch time and by half 3 the oven was fixed, all with a full explanation of what the problem was, why it happened and what to look out for in the future. Would absolutely recommend going with Busy Bees for appliance repair - I'd hope I won't have to use them again for a while but very glad to know I'll be taken care of when I do.

Oven element packed in late Wednesday afternoon. Rang Busy Bees at 9am Thursday and by 2pm had it fixed, at a very fair price! Sonny was one of the best tradesmen I've ever met. Friendly, informative, very professional & super efficient. Sonia in the office kept me up to date as to his whereabouts & when I could expect him. Sonny himself phoned shortly before his arrival. Was blown away by the service I received & cannot praise the company highly enough. Can certainly recommend to anyone thinking of using them. Service: Oven repair
