Needed a bouncy castle for my daughter's 16th birthday. Called various companies in Braintree, some did not respond and others were not very helpful. After going through Google I called these guys and they could accommodate my requirements. I cannot recommend them enough. The customer service and attitude of Rachel is 100% excellent. Everything was explained about the castles, the insurances they have and the professional bodies they are members of so I knew everything before booking. Have to say was not disappointed. I hired the disco dome and it was loved by all my daughter's friends. Very clean, set up in a professional manner by the drivers and very safe. I know their has been bad press with unfortunate tragic incidents but if you are looking for professionals then these are the go to Bouncy Castle people. Will recommend and use again.
