Awful company, the office staff are disgustingly rude, even to their own staff! Don’t expect to get good communication and customer service here. Engineers get the jobs done -if the sch team actually book it correctly- and are the only ones who know what they’re doing it seems, all management care about is making profit (which they aren’t doing anyway). Do not recommend, waste of time.

This company not only provides alarm systems which do not report correctly to an outsourced monitoring station, unnoticed for nearly 3 months, they are late to sales appointments, and cannot manage basic accounting functions either. I can only think the reason they are still in business is because they are signing up customers unknowingly and underhandedly to 5 year contracts. Avoid at all costs!
