It was really nice to get back to seeing people F2F, and the expo was a good opportunity to showcase to local businesses some of the recent technology, solution and product innovation happening at IBM. The opportunity to see what other partners were doing in the area was also interesting - showcasing significant developments, geographic as well as technological (from Fawley Waterside, to electric transport) and some of these dovetailed neatly with the Further Education programs, the Autonomous shipping and other innovative programs and projects we were able to show.

I attended the Business Innovation South Expo in 2019 and was heavily involved in helping pull the event together. I had the pleasure of speaking to many businesses on the stands and learning their services/products and booked a few 121's after the event which I found very useful. What Lara and the team offer at their Expo's is like nothing else out there for the STEM industries and I encouarge you to enquire about taking an affordable stand or booking to attend to visit. 2021 is going to be a great event and I am looking forward to going again.
