  Do not use , not flexible with anythung hungry for their money never put any claims through compeltly avoid unless you want to get scammed literally only register ur motor to be on road any accidents or any problems they are not ready to help or do anything instead keep directing you to various departments been with them 2 years will defo not do again paid £9k in 2 years had no fault break ins but never their to help

  I own a courier company, in Dec lastly year I rang to renew my policy, Good in Transit, Liability, Hire and Reward commercial insurance, along with legal cover and break down cover, at the time they sent me my new Insurance and that rest of the documents would be sent near due date in Jan , well my policy expired yesterday and after 5 reminder and request calls for my new documents for the insurance I paid for in full 2.5 thousand pounds ! Mine documents still have not arrived, I even rang this morning and was told they’d be sent now, still not here, and I have already lost one job of 300 pounds and have had to stop work as I cannot up date my details on my work platform Courier Exchange,. This is the worst experience of a insurance company I have ever come across the incompetence is incredible, if I ran my business like this I’d be out of business , still awaiting a call back from a person called Penny from customer services to sort this! In my opinion you’d be better looking elsewhere for commercial insurance ,, certainly if you’re a courier looking for work and relying on being up to date with your documents.... ... I want to amend stars as With the dedicated customer care of Emily she fixed my problem in 2 minutes and Penny in customer care they resolved and explained why this occurred and apologized, tbh between them both they fixed what the others failed to do, for that reason I have changed it, they say always judge a business on how they perform when. Things go wrong, well they did well many thanks for your help, lets hope it wont happen again ...... Update: i have stayed with BCD and i feel i should report that this company have gone from strength to strength, i am continually impressed by their customer service team, i just wish my private car insurance teams were anywhere near as good, once again BCD thank you, your ladies in the customer service teams are the best ….

  Stay away from these. Absolute scammers they lie to your face. They are a 3rd party insurer and cannot put your information over you gave them correctly to the proper insurance and the insurance ask questions and they ask you again and end up getting your insurance voided with no refund because they couldn't put across the information properly. Lost alot of money because of these and wouldnt like to see anyone in my position. Cannot do there job at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Put in a formal complaint and waiting to hear back if I don't I will take legit action what will cost more money but to get justice for these scammers I'm happy to do that. Stay away from these!
