28/04/2023 -I recently rejoined this gym and have been underwhelmed with what the brochure promised to deliver. The gym is OK, the spa is good but always full. The booking facilities are not always correct and little help is given to correct errors (which can stop you being able book further slots). The male changing rooms are disgusting with a stench which leaves you feeling dirty than you went in. Several times issues have been raised and either standard templates are emailed (which suggests I'm not the only one with the same issues) or weeks go by until a response is given with a dismissal rather than a solution. I will not be renewing and will be find an alternative as soon as my contract expires. My wife has also complained that the classes rarely have enough equipment to go around and has been told to simply mention this to the instructor?

This place has gone down the pan! I mainly joined because of the spa facilities and they were good standard, however recently this has all gone downhill. One of the saunas constantly doesn't work and the other one gets extremely overcrowded. I may be wrong but it seems lot of people seem to be sneaking in without booking or spa membership and no one seem to be checking. Saunas are not maintained, they are dirty and the wood is rotting. Steam rooms are so dirty and stinky too. It makes you wonder if anyone cares about these facilities at all. They have also installed bright lights in the steam room and the saunas which defeats the purpose of relaxation!. Staff have got no clue how to run these facilities and it is real shame as in my opinion this place has all the potential to be great in the local area. Luckily I did not take up the annual membership and I will soon be thinking of cancelling it if things don't improve soon!

Joke of a business! My property got stolen out of there lockers by staff and all they could say to me was maybe you forgot to lock your locker! Couldn’t offer no assistance and even after this still would not cancel my contract with them! Now I’ve got a membership I pay over £50 a month for that I don’t even use as I don’t fell safe in the building! Staff are very rude aswell!
