AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is by far the worst shop for baby products in and around Hertfordshire and North London. The staff are rude and clueless. They have no knowledge what so ever on the products, pros/cons of different products, pricing. The lady who dealt with us (glasses) was useless. She had no clue on anything. She kept saying ‘I don’t know the price on this’ and ‘I think it does that’. They didn’t approach any of the customers in the store, just chit chatted behind the counter. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Do not be fooled by the aesthetically nice looking layout, service quality is dreadful. I can’t say I am surprised they’ve closed down, it was long overdue. There’s far better shops around.

I have just received my order and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received. The team worked hard to make sure I got all of my bits in time for the arrival of our new baby, despite there being delays out of their control. I really hope they open again soon as they were fantastic and they have a wealth of knowledge that made buying all of our gear so much easier.

Turned up when the store was 'open'. Which is only half the week anyway. Shock horror, the store was closed, no signs of life, not answering the phone, not responding to the doorbell. Website is shut down. What a pointless and useless system. Won't be buying from here. Other reviews read the same, wish I had read them before wasting a journey.

Shame I cant give 0 stars. Not only is this store shut 4 days a week and shuts at 4.30pm on others. Today (Friday) it is shown as open from 0930 - 4.30pm but having traveled to get there it is all closed up, no staff on site, nobody answering the phone. this store deserves to close if thats their standard of customer service -waste of petrol and time.

Bushbabes have been brilliant all round. Staff were really helpful demoing products when we were buying. More recently, (daughter 18m) we had a problem with the chair of our pram. After emailing what must have been the wrong/old staff member, by reaching out on Instagram I got a very quick reply. They quickly got in touch with the manufacturer and sorted us out a new chair frame, which rectified the problem. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and aftercare service.

After finding this store online my daughter,son in law and myself were very excited to visit. What a let down though as the shop had no maternity wear which it states it does and everything is very overpriced. I purchased two bath books but found exactly the same items 2 hours later elsewhere half the price!! The staff never once asked if we needed any help and when we were served at the till we werent asked if we'd found everything we needed in fact we found the staff extremely unfriendly. We couldn't wait to leave and will not be going back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS After the below review response advising I could return to store with a discount which was all for show to seem they care about customer service. I’ve emailed and messaged on Instagram to attempt to book an appointment.. no response in 2 weeks to find I’ve now been blocked. What a joke of a company. Poor service, rude staff and completely unprofessional blocking customers on Instagram for leaving honest reviews about the service they should want to improve! Not a company I would trust to purchase the most important products us mums will ever buy! Especially is it’s run by people like that.
