Had occasion to drop off a few items to the shop yesterday and was greeted by ANNIE who was the most friendly and happy Customer Asst I have seen anywhere for sometime. I had telephoned the shop earlier in the day to verify they took lights and Annie answered the telephone then in a lovely manner and was very helpful. Her nature and personality are a delight and she is a credit to the business. Thank you again Annie
