The giant man in the office is very very rude, he doesn't help at all. He act like he doesn't care, very wicked man. He is not a polite being at all. Even when you make a request over the phone, he's so rude. It's a shame that this gas company is the closest me 😒

SCAMMERS.Was greeted by a little man who told me he couldn't refill my bottle because it was from Cheshire gas. Basically trying to sell me a bottle I didn't need I pointed out they had one outside and he said yes we have loads of them lost my business and hopefully yours too..

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Rang up to arrange delivery and was told that "they'll get there when they get there" so to save us inconveniencing them I arranged to collect. I was told they would close at 5pm. Got there at 4.50pm to the man/owner shutting the gates. Met with a rude comment and justified that he had been there since 7am so couldn't help me. Bought gas from elsewhere as I wasn't giving this man my money out of principle.

Really helpful, explaining the parts we need and how to connect the propane gas cylinder to our fire pit. Lifted the cylinder into the car for us and we feel the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be using again.
