  As someone who works in the industry and understand the pressure of running a business. I’ve given Niall and has his team every opportunity to do things properly. I feel morally obligated to warn people about using this ‘company’. Poor, poor poor. Attitude is worse than than the workmanship. Amateur DIYer’s with a poor attitude at best. Can’t follow simple drawings, measure or count - even with full drawings with dimensions were provided. Sliding doors measurements, out and left half finished for months. Sticking plasterboard to walls with expansion foam. Illegal installation of sliding doors and windows (still no supply of FENSA certification). Unlevel ceilings. Undersized door frames. Poor drainage connection. Dirty appalling site all the way through. No oversight or pride in work. Everything is slap dash. I was confronted by Niall and his employee when I caught them red handed trying to stick plasterboard on the with exposed foam. Double accounting VAT cost in payment applications. The above is not the half of it. There are genuine mistakes then there is conning people. I would go so far as to class then as cowboys (and I don’t use that term lightly).   Huge thank you to Nial and his team for doing a first class job renovating our home. The job mainly including full kitchen refit including removal of partitioning wall between kitchen and diner, to create an open plan space. Full garage conversion and new access under stairs for storage. Nial took the lead co-ordinating all activity and took personal responsibility to get involved. Nial was regularly on site and always available on the other end of the phone to resolve any issues or concerns should they occur. Nial took ownership of any issue and took away any stress. The team were extremely professional, 100% dedicated and well organised from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure to have Bury Garage Conversion carry out work in our home. The workmanship is to a high standard, Nial worked with us through to the end paying attention to every detail. For anyone thinking about having work done by BGC, I would think no more!
