Previously given Burtons 5 stars for their care and attention pre-sale and said I'd recommend. No longer the case. After the sale I haven't been able to pay service charge due to paperwork needed from my solicitors. I've phoned over 20 times and been told "Chris will phone you back" and got absolutely nothing. Malcolm said he was looking into this, had to chase him 4 times to get a response on email. Got a response, hasn't solved the issue, merely a fob off that he's looking into it. This was over 2 months ago. This has left me with an unbelievable amount of stress, there's a large bill waiting for me, one that I still can't settle because Burtons refuse to help me. Been in my property for nearly 18 months. Burtons haven't helped in 19 months.
