Highly recommended. We contacted Burton Residential Surveyors in order to obtain a valuation to complete the repayment for the Help to Buy process. Andrew was immediately very helpful and friendly, and explained the process very well, as we were initially unsure of the required steps. Andrew was willing to answer all our questions when he attended our property, and we received the valuation report very quickly afterwards in order to progress, which was set out very professionally. I will definitely be using their services again and be recommending to family/friends.

We instructed Andrew to conduct a survey in January 2021. The level of service was faultless and he found a number of issues with the property which we were able to use to negotiate the purchase price with the seller. Circa 18 months later and we had a concern with one of the points on the property which Andrew had identified during the initial survey. I called Andrew for some advice and he was very helpful and was able to alleviate our concerns. Highly recommended!

I made a phone call to Andrew due to requiring a help to buy valuation urgently in order to progress my sale. Having no idea what I needed for the help to buy scheme, Andrew fully explained what the process was and that he was able to generate a report that would satisfy what we needed without a problem. The price was extremely reasonable and I received my valuation report the next day allowing me to request the redemption statement before the end of the week. I would reccommend Burton Surveyors to anyone that asked.

Carried out a survey and valuation for a property I'm looking to buy and the service was above and beyond the quoted price. I was in contact with Andrew, who also carried out the work, and notably the service and attention to me as the customer was exemplary, returning my queries very quickly and helpfully - explaining details, comments and processes succinctly. This was a perfect example of why you should use independent businesses vs national or larger groups, as the level of service well exceeded the cost. The report was also very well written, with a balanced amount of detail and information for the layman. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.
