    Reception team are always polite and helpful, even in these trying times. Whenever I have needed to be seen, or either of my 2 small children they have always managed to find us an appointment on the day, and all the doctors have been excellent too.

    If you want to spend 45mins waiting to get through only to be told that they don't do face to face appointments (how else am I gonna get my ear looked at????) then yes go ahead and use this place! When I called last Friday I was told sorry no appointments but at no point did they offer me the extended access appointments that are meant to be used - when I mentioned these I was told to call back at 4pm that day only to be told sorry nothing left. Absolutely useless, avoid!

    Great health and wellness care, couldn't wish for better. Really excellent team. Need a bit of patience on the phone, apparently some days 10% of the total number of patients ring in, a huge number. And it doesn't own the car park (inaccurate comment below) nor enforces the landlord's parking regulations (park elsewhere if shopping?)

    I can't comment on the medical aspects of the surgery, but am dismayed that an NHS practice would use an unfair and coercive company to police its car park (which can be easily mistaken for a car park for the Nandos restaurant). I agree that is important that parking is maintined for the practice, but the tiny contractual signs are clearly designed to generate income in the form of fines, rather than to stop unauthorised parking. A far better and fairer solution would be a big, highly visible sign saying 'no parking for Nandos customers'. Working with this coercive parking company and debt collectors does nothing for Burton croft's reputation.

    The receptionist as mentioned already by many reviews are so rude. They ask you what you did you call in for then you tell them, half way through to only be cut off, learn so manners it doesn’t cost anything. Clearly if you’re not happy with your job then leave, no one is forcing you to work at the GP, if you don’t want to hear people medical issues then don’t ask… it’s very strange. The older lady there usually the rudest person.

    Very difficult to get hold of. Regularly have to wait in a call queue for over 30 mins only for the call to be dropped with no reason. I have often reached the front of the queue and then been left waiting for someone to answer for almost 40 minutes, seemingly while the receptionist has gone on lunch. I know this is a common complaint for GP surgeries but out of 3 GPs I have belonged to I have never experienced one this difficult to get hold of.
