***company has since refunded me in full*** Inadequate customer service. Ordered Audio Engine A2 speakers for a Christmas present and the company incorrectly sent the wrong speakers model. They then didn't tell my that the speakers I'd actually ordered were not even in stock and only told me this information after a full 7 day hassle of them telling me Hermes were coming to collect the incorrect speakers (which obviously meant waiting in, and I'm a self employed PT so not ideal at all). I tried contacting customer services each day to let them know they still hadn't been collected and was ignored for days on end. In sum: poor customer service but product quality as expected, when the correct one came.
