Ordered a Sirloin and Rump Pack, Tomahawk and Beef mince from Burton Beef for the first time as a birthday treat. The sirloin steaks were the standout cut. Juicy, meaty and tender with minimal shrinkage. Rump steaks were delicious too but the Sirloin is better! The Tomahawk was pan seared then finished off in the oven. The meat was flavoursome paired with the homemade Chimichurri. We made a lovely chili con carne with the beef mince which lasted us for 2 days worth of lunches. The order process was simple and efficient via email. If you join the mailing list, you can get updates on the next available order and menu. We collected the goods at the farm and card payment is available. Suzanne was friendly and gave additional cooking tips. You get a nice bag for life as part of your order as well! Nice little touch. Grateful to have access to sustainable grass fed beef at your doorstep for residents of Kirkburton/Highburton.

A wonderful local sustainable farm. My beef pies were the best I've had. The pastry was flaky, crisp and delicious. The beef was incredibly succulent and delicate. This pie was clearly homemade and better yet... Reasonably priced. The caretakers James and Suzanne were delightfully friendly, and helped me make some fine selections for fresh beef and lamb I'm looking forward to grilling! Please support this great local business and their mission of local farm fresh sustainability.
