The food is usually good in my opinion, but getting it delivered has become an absolute nightmare! More than once, we've placed an order, not had a tracker to keep us updated, called the restaurant and not got through. I've been waiting almost two hours for three items! I'm sure I've ordered from here in the past without this issue, but the last couple of times this has happened, which is not ideal (I'm very hangry if you couldn't tell). I'll probably avoid in the future until I hear they've improved their service. Update: still waiting for my food almost 5 months later

Ordered at 7pm. Estimated delivery around 8pm. Was phoned by the restaurant at 7.50 only for them to say 'they didn't see my order' and hadn't started it yet, but that it would arrive within 30 mins. Gone 9pm and it's been marked as delivered. No order to be seen. I have attempted to cancel and ask for a refund. Absolutely terrible experience, do not order from this restaurant.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Would have given zero stars if possible. Ordered via deliveroo, said 50 mins delivery, once payment made that became just over 60 mins estimated time which isn't a big deal. Then at 1hr 45 mins started started call restaurant as tracking not available on deliveroo, no answer to repeated calls, went online to deliveroo at the 2 hour stage, said can't cancel as order accepted by restaurant, I said too late to bring it even then at 930pm, deliveroo said they couldn't reach restaurant to query it......obviously! Really wish I had read reviews before ordering. Now having to battle with deliveroo to get refund as order shows as delivered!!! Which it wasn't.... erghh!

!!AVOID!! AVOID!! Ordered from here tonight. Food was terrible! Waited for an hour an a half to find out the chips and drink were missing and the pizza that i ordered wasnt even what turned up! Different size, toppings?? Tried to call more than 10 times. No answer. Will never EVER order from here again. Waste of money and time.

Really disappointing experience, ordered through you via Uber Eats, which you use your own delivery team for. I placed my order with you at 5:30 pm and didn't arrive with me until 7:15 pm. I called the restaurant several times but no one answered - when the food arrived it was cold. there were 2 items on my order, I can not get my head around how it took nearly 2 hours to get to me. don't waste your time, AVOID!
