I purchased a fiesta zetec, I expected the car to have engine oil, coolant, correct tyre pressures, none of these where checked until I got home and did it myself, they had a week to do this, lazy sales team, not impressed at all, they were happy to take my £2.495 off me.

I would like to register my thanks to Ali and Mo for the way they recently handled an issue my friend had with car he bought from them. The issue was serious and expensive to correct but they went the extra mile and got it all sorted. My wife bought a Hyundai 120 which was in excellent condition. The only problem was that two of the back sensors were not working. We took the to a specialist who put the sensors in. Burrfields paid for the job to be done the money was into my wife’s bank account within minutes. If I was looking for another car I would definitely check out this garage. The hospitality was excellent and the salesman was great. Thanks to them for dealing with the problem so quickly.
