If we could leave zero stars we would. Michael has had my partners workwear for weeks. On the day he dropped them off he insisted that he didn’t need to write down what they wanted on them, only to call over two weeks later and ask what they wanted on the garments. Michael has given excuse after excuse as to why it isn’t done, then my boyfriend had to chase him relentlessly just to get him to tell them how much it would cost (after giving him the garments). Only to find out on collection day that Michael has lost 13 of the garments, to which he is denying all knowledge of, he insists they only supplied 7 t shirts (for three full time members of staff?). We would not use this company again. Michael is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Avoid.
