I couldn’t recommend the team at Burns removal services enough. Starting from quotation which the the most competitive to the support and delivery of service they have given us 110%. Mark came around to survey the items before quoting, talked us through the process. After confirming the appointment we had to move dates few times due to being on a very long chain. Not once Mark complained, rather he shared his experience and comforted us with his kind words of support. They delivered the packaging items and assured us that they are there whenever we needed them. On the day of the delivery, they were Spot on time, Rob, Paul and Peter were all very polite and respectful. You could see the great working relationship they share. Nothing was too much. They were quick, careful and efficient to the point my 6 years old son felt he needed to make them a card of appreciation. In no time they were done loading our 3 bed 2reception household. When they arrived at the new property, they patiently waited for us to receive the keys and then they were very cooperative as we had to get the carpets cleaned. They moved things around, assembled everything that needed reassembling and Paul even helped us finding out what is where and how things operate. I don’t have enough words to thank them. If you are looking for a removal company, look nowhere.

Rob, Paul, Mark and Chris provided excellent service. It was as raining heavily they didn’t complain once. My items had to be taken to the top floor of the building and they provided this quickly and efficiently. They were careful to avoid scuff marks and even took their shoes off. They kept me up to date with their location prior the move and were flexible with dates and times to suit me. They are provide an excellent friendly useful service and their prices are also very fair. I would very much recommend them to anyone moving.
