Horrible property management, rude and unruly behaviour by their staff, they will bring down your property prices and conditions, extremely poorly managed, they should be banned. Kindly avoid their services, We had sleepless nights because of they were overcharging us. They have no explanations of unnecessary charges levied.

Extremely poor communication; inefficient and unprofessional staff; it is unfortunate that my leasehold flat is under this company’s management. Worst experience ever and worst customer service ever. From top to bottom; all staff are unprofessional and have no knowledge on how to effectively resolve issues. Wasting service charge money based on their wish. One star from me ! To be honest, this company doesn’t deserve one star even. Exhausted replying to their unprofessional responses to simple email and simple matter. I will NOT recommend burns Hamilton to anyone.

We have used Burns Hamilton as our letting agent for 4 years dealing mostly with Sian. She has always been incredibly supportive and extremely professional and responsive. Her advice and suggestions are always pragmatic and she always goes the extra mile providing excellent customer service. When I logged to leave this review I was surprised to see a few negative reviews of Burns (not Sian) I have to say our experience has been nothing but positive with everyone we have dealt with.
