Shambles..bought a van under reserve..they knocked bid back then phoned back to accept...then phoned back to say they had only just hpi and the thing was a write off...when we offered less they said it would just go into next auction...find a less gullible mug I suppose.

Run for the hills, don't go anywhere near this place. Got sold and absolute scrapper with major electrical and gearbox faults but sold as a runner, was even sold as 1 owner from new but I've found at least 2 in the supplied paperwork one of them a hire company. No working keys supplied had to be recovered once it got out of the yard and round the corner. Made a reasonable request to return for a refund due to none disclosed major issues and got told basically no. Absolutely abysmal wouldn't buy a plant pot of this lot nevermind a vehicle. Now going to small claims court and trading standards.

Bought radiator, not working, "sold as seen" and unable to try on site before buying, pure waste of time and money. Avoid.
