Log burner was installed not in accordance with HERTAS regulations. Its against the law to install without a liner. 2 installers have told me its not been installed up to standard and should never be used. When challenged the owner wanted payment to correct and became aggressive. I feel this is because they've been challenged before and we're upset when HETAS contacted them directly. Burner now can not be used due to potentially life threatening carbon monoxide leaks. AVOID AT ALL COST.
