They removed the old Gas fire, creating a false chimney breast & brick slips as per our design including creating all the hidden cabling channels etc for TV mounting.     Really pleased with our purchase from Burning inspirations. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable in the shop and pointed us in the right direction of which log burner would be suitable for our room. Lisa provided a rough figure for how much the burner & installation cost would be and then following a site visit a full quote was provided. Today the burner has been fitted, great job done by the fitters who arrived early, took care & attention in our home and cleaned up afterwards. They talked us through how to use the burner prior to leaving. Overall very impressed and happy with the experience.

    Unfortunately my experience was tough and drawn out. Long wait for the quote, fire to be fitted, then issues with the gas piping not being secured to a good standard.Then we realised there was a freezing draft coming through the vents on the fire. This needed fixing asap as my house was cold and I had to wrap my fire in a blanket. I’d explained this to the office but Nick was no where to be seen. Yvonne (who was outstanding) explained she had called him on numerous occasions and apologised on his behalf. Eventually, I got a call from Nick and he arrived yesterday for a job that took 15mins. However, what startled me and made me write this review was he thought he could enter my back garden and into my home, without knocking or letting me know he was here. Before I knew it he was stood in my kitchen. I found this extremely intrusive. I have had tons of workmen carry out jobs in my home but I have never had anyone arrive to do work and just let themselves in! Now fixed, my fire is wonderful and I’m really happy with it but it has been a tricky road. Entering a customers home without letting them know, for me, is shocking, therefore I can only give two stars.

    Great knowledgeable service from Lisa and the team. There is a huge selection on view at the showroom and some are even alight to show full effect. Our selection was delivered and fitted on the day we requested Ashley the fitter arrived at 9am and finished fitting the fire and an outside 7 metre flue..the same day. We lit the woodburner very environmentally friendly the day after according to Ashley's helpful demonstration it is a delight and the lounge is so so cosy. Couldn't recommend enough the slate hearth supplied really sets off the fire.. We are delighted. 👍

    We are more than happy with all the people working at Burning inspiration. We compared different gaz fireplace brands and went for the one seen in their showroom. We have been using it now for the past 5 months and our fireplace works perfectly well: it is a great feature of the house and is admired by everyone coming home. The flames look real and it heats nicely our room. We just love it very much!
