It is operated by remote control for ease of use with varied settings and the heat output is fantastic. Purchased a Charnwood Skye 5 from here. Fitted by their hetas fitter. No compliance certificate even after going through hetas. No CO detector fitted either.Eventually had to pay £650 to have installation checked for certificate and brought upto standard by another hetas fitter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Beautiful fire fitted a couple of weeks ago. More problematic fit than anticipated but the two engineers did a great job under quite trying conditions, adapting the fit to the circumstances they found. The whole experience was as painless as possible. Not quite decided on the surrounding paintwork colour yet.
