Simply useless. Brought my coat to get cleaned, mentioned that it had some spots (small coffee drops on a beige coat) first round completely missed them didn't do any treatments on them. They offered to try again which I was ok with. Went back a week later and the same thing. On the overlap part I don't think they even treated it. They offered again to clean it which is pointless, like if you could why wouldn't you do ot before i come again. Like how many times do I need to come and check before it's actually cleaned. Simply useless.

They launder and dry clean things so well that I'm starting to assume that, presumably for some arcane reasons of tax or accountancy well beyond me, or maybe as the first step in a benign alien invasion, they actually replace your dirty clothes with identical brand new items they source on demand via a time machine or a black hole or something. I can't believe how good a condition everything comes back from them. Can't recommend enough.

We as a company use their services for laundry and never used to have any problems in the past. I were surprised to see last week all the bad reviews and comments they were having on their services but it was clearly to early on my judgment. I happen to have a bag wash to do so dropped it on Monday and as I am going away for holidays on Friday was assured that I would receive it on Wednesday. Came on the day and been told that the delivery driver didn't turn up and usually would come around 5-6 which at that time the shop would be closed. So the next day I decided to come first thing in the morning before work. The only thing that the guy at reception find to tell me is "The driver didn't turn up, I don;t do Magic" ... I mean the only service I render is getting my laundry cleaned, not getting to worry when YOUR driver will or will not decided to bring it to the shop. Disappointed, I left and went to work and waited the afternoon to call them before making my way there for nothing, and i'm not trying to be funny but again the guy at reception was rude telling me "I will call you when they come". Not professional at all and already as a company looking for another laundry that will care much more on customer service.

Charcoal wool coat returned with faded patches. Initially no compensation offered, but subsequently got a call to say my account will be credited in the amount paid. Otherwise I'm using them regularly and happy with the service.
