Burlanes helped us design a custom wardrobe for our bedroom. We were extremely satisfied with the design process and the quality of workmanship. At installation, a few minor details had been overlooked, but these were quickly rectified. Everyone we dealt with was professional and a pleasure to work with. This was the first time we have ever had bespoke furniture made and designed for us. The whole process was seamless. We made an appointment to visit their Sevenoaks branch to start our journey. We wanted a his and hers wardrobe to fit into a smaller room from our bedroom to become our walk in wardrobe. We wanted to maximise every space available that’s why we chose Burlanes for a bespoke finish. The only hard part was choosing the colour! The whole team are very friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back for our next project.

Burlanes did a great job on our family kitchen, dinning area with bar and utility room. We’d been mentally planning the kitchen for a few years so we had a clear vision - which Helen managed to bring to life with her design. The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. As with any big build we had a few hiccups on the way but Josh was great in helping us out and persistently chasing down our missing appliances which were suffering from supplier delays. And a highlight was fitter Sam an absolute pleasure to have around the house - always a smile and a brilliant attention to detail. Thank you

I had a really positive experience with Burlanes. We were able to have our horrible old kitchen from when we moved in transformed into a beautiful space which is much more suited to the property. We began the process during lockdown so we weren’t able to go into the shop, but Martin went out of his way to make sure that the process was as seamless as possible. He spent lots of time with us on Zoom ensuring every detail had been discussed. We also had a really beautiful, unique shelving unit made for our dining room which completely transformed the space from an empty box room, to a space we can entertain friends in. We are delighted and would absolutely use Burlanes again.

I can highly recommend Burlanes. When I started looking for a new kitchen for my house in London I found that every kitchen company I spoke to were not prepared to visit the house initially and wanted to work off drawings and measurements provided by myself. It was extremely important to me that a kitchen planner visited my house to appreciate the space and light. I was delighted to be recommended to Burlanes, they visited the house and really understood what I was trying to achieve, gave plenty of options in terms of design and finish, worked to my budget and completed the job a week earlier than they estimated. They were also extremely patient with my ever changing decisions on colours etc. Lindsey (the kitchen planner), Andy (the project manager) and Dan (the fitter) were all excellent. Burlanes also made and fitted some stunning wardrobes for me. Thanks again to everyone at Burlanes.

The design process of our bathroom was excellent. However they do not use computer aided design so you can't get true idea of finished product unlike our kitchen designers. We knew what we wanted and Lindsey brought it to life for us on paper. Bathroom was delayed due to the pandemic so delivery was slow after the lockdown. We had a few issues with timing and an accident occurred with our kitchen ceiling. This is still not properly addressed after 2 attempts and we have not been made aware of the next step. Overall it was a slow process so be sure you have a second bathroom for the duration of the work, ours took just over 7 weeks. There is only ever one person working except for the electrics and plumbing. Our vanity top unit differs from the photo we designed it from and came up much bigger, hence very deep cupboards occupying too much space on our very beautiful stone top. We asked for this to be rectified to reflect the photo but was told it would take an extra week to produce and we would have to cover the cost as should have checked the measurements. We are not experts at technical drawings and not for one moment expected anything different to the photo we downloaded from pinterest. So we have to contend with something we are not entirely happy with; maybe we will remove the top entirely in future if we can't live with it we'll see how we go. We have given 4stars for the quality of the work.

Really looking forward to the refurbished showroom opening at Burlanes Sevenoaks at the end of this month. They have completely changed the whole of the interior and I cant wait to see the new displays.
