It was my Father’s birthday today and wanted to treat him to special birthday meal. Due to family having various commitments during the day, I thought instead of driving to a restaurant in New Malden, I decided to get a K-BBQ home kit instead.Yesterday, I ordered two of the Korean Table BBQ and one the Good K-Classic meal kits. They arrived today before 11am! It came in a huge temperature controlled box. The packaging was secure. When opened, the produce were still chilled and the ice packs were still frozen. All meats including spices and banchan were supplied in a box for each kit. The produce had a label of each item, the BBE and a little booklet for each box ( which also on their site). There were four of us and we managed to get through almost all of food and banchan. We have just the marinaded Kalbi and neck left to eat - we have decided to save this and have it again tomorrow with the rest of the lettuce leaf and enoki mushrooms as the food was fresh and delicious! All in all Burgogi have done an amazing job and I do hope more people purchase these kits! As a treat, I thought the price was fair. I totally recommend this company and their meal kits. My family and I were saying that it would be nice to have a little more banchan and perhaps…kimchi?! Would also recommend buying a portable gas BBQ with a Korean BBQ plate to immerse yourself in the full experience. Thanks again, Burgogi and Celeplate!!!

Disappointed with the food being late then arriving cold. Did like the sweet potato fries and yuzu spicy chicken. The galbi bbq steak burger was a let down. Felt like i was catfished by food 😪 i dont think its fair on customers to pay so much for such service and food being cold and not as what you expected
