I have the worst experience there today. I was with my daughter to an appoiment with Vittoria Itobi ( the worst doctor that I have seen in my life) because she can't breathe, has something on the tongue and just crying, can't eat. She said me that during the visit (10 minutes) she was not crying so she doesn't have any problem, the children cry all the time

I would like to thanks Dr Shattey as he welcomes all his patients and tires to understand them more. He gave me an excellent service, even though my speaking is not very well in English but, he still tried to understand me. He is one of the best doctors in this surgery. Surgery itself is great. Review is for the pharmacy under new management. Its disgusting, vile and dirty and you can tell it by the fine aroma which greets you when you enter, topped off by the unhygienic staff behind the counter! Service and prescription prep is appaling, unorganised and has gone down the drain. I send our medications to lloyds down the road to avoid even entering that place.
