Ordered at 18.30 told would be delivered 19 20. Nothing by 20.30. Can't get In touch with the mobile number on the website but eventually turned up at 21.00...cold. should at least have a local number that answers. Shocking and won't be going back 👎

Raved about the food to everyone but I've never had such bad service. Can't get through to anyone. Took my deliveroo order and didn't deliver it. Put it on the app as delivered. Can't even request a refund as no one answers the bloody phone. The sweat shop factory of the food industry.

Have just had a meal from here, disgusting prices for what you get, all food was warm not hot, burger was bland and greasy, jalapeño poppers were practically empty somehow no filling, and BBQ fries were sold as loaded with bacon although just got warm soggy chips tossed in bbq sauce, atleast I got a drink I can trust. Would give it 0 if I could.

Ordered through deliveroo both times. Nice overall with 2 issues, both time I ordered the fire fries I got fries, mayo cheese sauce, crispy onion, no buffalo sauce or spice. The other is the bottom bun of the burger arrives far too soggy, the boxes trap a lot of condensation, I think wrapping the burger in paper rather than placing it loose in the box would probably help. The burger and fries are good quality otherwise.

Fantastic burger. I really do love a burger and have eaten many... This burger was however so much more than average. Juicy (not dry like LTB), cheesy, hot, full of pickles, sauce and goooo. Truly awesome. Loved it. 😍 Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved hers too and ate it all. Same quality and gooey cheese.
