Lovely location on the edge of the New Forest with idylic walks up to Castle Hill and surrounding water Meadows. Be alert though of dangerous Speeding Traffic on the A338 along the entrance. The speed limit is 40mph but often drivers are doing 80mph. The speed limit should be reduced to 30mph - NO EXCUSE.
