Today my family member took her rabbit to this place were she was greeted in a hostile uncaring manner by a person that openly admitted he knew nothing about rabbits .my rabbit had an enlarged cysts on the side of the face in the area of the teeth. However his manners were terrible. His sympathetic approach was non existent, First if he knew nothing about rabbits he should do nothing but advise me to go to a vet that does He could see I was upset and carried on talking as though the bunny who I love dearly was nothing . You should train your vets properly and not as though thry are dealing with elephants in the game reserve

I highly recommend Burford Lane Vets. They are all very kind and always have more than enough time to listen and care for you and your pet . Appointments are easy to make on the new booking system. I’ve been taking my dogs to see Rachel for years now and the new premises are spacious, very clean and ideal. Parking is easy. Five stars and more !!
