I'm able to obtain a viewing schedule based on my exact brief in terms of location, size of office & whether I require a flexible or fixed options. In turn I get a complete viewing schedule which is right for me - they do not take a penny for their services! As a busy professional, I simply don't have the time to conduct a search myself.
