Moving house can be a hassle with the great amount of work, however, Thomas and Shahzad were so helpful and they made the entire process extremely smooth. BEWARE!! They force you to use their in-house mortgage brokers. When presented a mortgage in principle the broker didn't accept that and asked me to get a decision and principle. They are totally incompetent. So walk away and don't waste time!!
