We were moving approximately 300 miles back up to the midlands, and they couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. We had spoken to several estate agents preior to these guys who couldnt figure out how to make it work with 99% of the interactions needing to be over the phone or on weekends! We dealt with Emily for viewing and over the phone then Eliza for the final signing of documents. They moved dates around relatively last minute with no issues and never batted an eye when we missed a phone call due to other commitments. Also a shout out to all the staff who were amazing and friendly when we came into the office on a Saturday running 'dead on time' with a cat in a backpack. We have dealt with a decent number of estate agents before and these guys are up there with some of the best people to deal with.

I have been collaborating with Burchell Edwards to efficiently handle the rental of my home for nearly a year, and I must say they have been exceptionally supportive. In particular, Emily, with whom I have closely worked, has been an absolute delight. While I appreciate their professionalism and prompt service, I would like to suggest some improvements in terms of conducting more thorough checks on the house management aspect during the tenants stay, considering that I am not physically present in the area where my home is located. Nonetheless, I have complete confidence in Emily and the rest of the Burchell Edwards team, including Eliza, despite having had less interaction with her. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Emily and the entire Burchell Edwards team for their dedication and assistance.
