The GP service is supposed to be there when in need, instead this establishment seems to do everything they can to not see patients, can't believe I'm still registered with these lot. When you do get an appointment they want to phone you for an appointment in 3 weeks time and give you like an all day time frame from when they will call between. Even then they can't seem to resolve issues. And why are there doors still locked? everywhere else has reopened so why are they doing their best to avoid the general public. Disgrace.

The receptionist checked my post code after repeating 4 times, and turns out I was right at which point I left because if that's the receptionist I can't possibly expect good service. How can possibly be so difficult?! Just how bad can one get. They should be embarrassed.

They will not address more than one health issue per appointment which wastes weeks of time before anything is done; the appointment is a telephone consultation only. The lack of services is a theft of tax payers money which pays for the staff salaries and we get no actual medical attention in return. Curse to those people who take our money from taxes but give no services in return and I can only hope you experience a lack of medical attention when you need it!
