Great store, great brand..bought multiple items but beware of Fiona..! All the staff are amazing and helpful apart from this one. Makes you feel unpleasant and will not help you when required. Quiet an artificial attitude and just makes customers uncomfortable. Not friendly at all so would advise you to keep a distance from her, if possible. Rest of the staff are excellent and welcoming as it should be. Burberry can do better and should do better than hire such a ghastly representation of a ‘manager’ at this store. Disappointed. Watch out.
