    I had a 4×4 meter conservatory installed at my property just over 4 year's ago and it was done to a high standard by Burbage custom windows as everything went smoothly without to many problem's or fuss. A few month's ago i discovered the rain water was coming through whilst the wind was blowing from a different direction and just put it down as a one off situation , Fast forward a few month's I decided to clean the glass roof with a extended brush and a hose pipe and noticed a few drops of water had leaked in . The following day i phoned up Burbage windows and they sent out a engineer to seal the leak a couple day's later and his first reaction when when i explained the problem was" Don't use a garden water hose to wash the glass roof panel's" as i was forcing the water in to the building and wasn't prepared to get the ladder out to investigate . I argued with him that 60/70 % of the time the rain and the wind are together and would have the same affect as a garden hose ..He reluctantly got the ladder's out and found the leak and sealed up with some silicon selant that took about 5 minutes !! ...He took more time arguing than what it took to the actual fix/job...I had no follow up / courtesy call from Burbage windows for any feedback...I recommend this company as I've had outstanding service from them in the past but they need improve on after sales service.

    I've rang Burbage windows twice for a quote and have emailed them once but got no call back.Ive had windows fitted with them before and the windows and fitters are great.Its the sales team that are not interested.

    After calling them three times to come out and quote for me ( no response ) and then emailing myself with the sizes over a week ago to get a price ( still no response ) I have all but given up with the company. Its a shame the sales guys are so useless because I have had windows from them before and they have been ok.
