I’ve been a student tenant for the last year and have been thrilled with the services provided by Buraq. Friendly and helpful team who give correspondence even out of hours, including coming out to the property in an emergency. Are generally very good with repairs and maintenance. All in all would highly recommend

The service provided by buraq estates was awful. They are incredibly lazy, I had to ring them daily to remind them in which they responded it will be done in the next 24 hours. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Extremely disorganised agency, bad at responses, and got us to sign a contract without telling other tenants and before they moved out and didnt make me and a friend aware that the two girls hadnt moved out yet. Promised us us we could move in as soon as signing was done and then proceeded to deny everything when my friend had phone call conversations about moving in asap. Also the fact that they made us pay a £98 holding fee whilst doing an application but then just being told that they had decided to go with other people, despite ignoring both me and my friends for days and now neither of us have a house to live in because of them not telling us a single thing. I do not recommend this estate agent. dont bother with them, they are completely disorganised and wasted both me and my friends time and also our Guarantor’s time.

During my checkout process, the company working alongside Buraq Estates. The Lanlord, for the property added so many unnecessary fees. Charging us for cleaning etc… that in the checklist had been highlighted was not our responsibility, many times during the tenancy the Lanlord was hard to reach and in many cases did not fix any problems, very unhappy with the service I received from the Lanlord. Otherwise the area and the flat was well located for students.
