Terrible service members of staff very rude Practice manager named lyndsay and coordinator named Cathy. My mom had some treatment at the dentist and they refused to correct mistake even though she been told by 3rd party that the treatment she had was done very bad this left my mom.very distressed and upset by this Appealing Would not recommend anyone to use

I went there today 18/03/23 for an initial assessment 10:10am I arrived on time but my dentist was running late fine I will wait. Dentist arrived @10:30 and decided they will see everyone who came in after me first!?!? one person went in then a 2nd person went in by now I have been waiting nearly an hour?! That was it for me.. I had enough asked them to delete my record permanently off of their systems. Clearly this is why private can never replace the NHS!!! they deserve half a star only for the English receptionist who showed some sort of compassion and understanding. The Asian reception staff was vile and I myself am Asian which tells you everything.
