Fairly new patient at Bupa Dental and have had two appointments, both with Nishi. Both appointments I felt very well taken care off. Before anything else, Nishi talks me through the process and make sure that I am aware of the treatments I will be given. She is a lovely dentist, very professional and seems to actually care about the health of my teeth. Very happy that I chose Bupa Dental.

Absolutely horrible Had an appointment today with Nishi it was so terrible and very scary Got shouted at for asking a question and wanting to clear up any doubts I was having. Very unprofessional and she didn't even introduce herself when I walked into room Do not recommend this dentist at all and will be moving.

I've never had a problem getting an appointment and the dentist I see is very nice. The receptionists are helpful and if there are any mistakes then they work with you to correct the problem. It's down to YOU to look after your teeth and follow advice from your dentist in order to get the full service provided👍
