I made an appointment in October 2022 as one of my wisdom teeth had broken. I was told initially that this would be done as an NHS patient for around £67 (-£23 as I had paid for an initial consultation). However the dentist did not want to extract the tooth as per the NHS cost. He was prepared to do it privately for £290. As I am a gardener I felt that the difference in price was a lot... The dentist then referred me to an NHS clinic that "specialises in wisdom teeth extraction". I was told that I would have to wait 2 to 7 weeks. 15 weeks later I am in pain and still waiting.

Impossible to get appointments in a reasonable time. Then they get rescheduled and you have to wait weeks again. After 10 years there I’m going to find another practice which is a shame as the Dentist and hygienist are great once you’re seen.

Had attended practice for over 40 years. My wife phoned to ask if check-ups had resumed after the covid pandemic and to book appointments. Was told we had been removed from their books as it was too long since we had attended. We had waited for things to settle after covid and had hoped to receive a reminder as we had in the past. Was told reminders had only just resumed. So we had waited out of consideration, weren't sent a reminder and are now struck off. Receptionist (or maybe practice manager - they didn't say) would check with Mr Quyyum to reconsider and definitely phone back either way. Over 2 weeks now and no phone call.
