Mediocre. Only had check ups and oral hygiene appointments privately. It is always a mission to get through to the reception consistently over last year. Took me 2 weeks to get the phone call answered last time, it is like that again. Also not impressed by the delays in appointments and staff lateness- I would expect more professionalism from private healthcare provider.

After calling 111 for an emergency appointment and being told they have nothing I rang Bupa at 8:30 for an emergency appointment. By 10am my tooth was out and I am now pain free. I have previously had an extensive tooth filling done here which was also a delight. I, like most, am terrified of the dentist. But every time I go I am out at ease as soon as I’m in the chair. I’ve had a tooth extraction on the NHS before and it was horrific. I’ll never use an NHS dentist again.

Lovely reception staff always very pleasant. What a fantastic dentist I saw today, David Hirst. Very professional, thorough check up and explained my options in detail. He put me at ease with my worry over my teeth and gums. Lovely calming manner. My little boy came with me whilst I had my appointment. My son was asking lots of questions and David was so lovely with him and was answering my sons hundreds of question haha . David hirst is a credit to bupa.

Emergency tooth extraction, the dentist david and his nurse where great and made me feel at ease. No fuss at all the extraction took all of about 10mins. The only issue i find with this practice is that getting appointments is very difficult however when i do get in to see a dentist im happy with the service I receive.

They are so stretched right now & are doing their best with a big white smile on their faces. So grateful to have been able to get an appointment. There's so many people to see & not enough staff.
