Had few appointments there and was not very happy. Dr Abbys was not very nice or friendly -felt like he just wanted to do the job as quickly as possible to get rid of me. Decided to sign up with different practice . I don't recommend this practice

Complete rip off. They charged me 55 pounds for offering advice on how to clean my teeth. I could get this advice on youtube for free. I was told this fee would include cleaning my teeth which they never did and yet they collected the full amount even when I protested. The hygienist just had a look at my mouth and kept probing my gums with a blunt object which caused me a lot of pain, and she appeared so insensitive when I said I was in pain. She should have informed me prior that this would cause me some pain or discomfort, but no, she couldn't be bothered. Shame on you guys because you are more interested in your money than in patients welfare. And to think that I registered as a private patient and have to pay everytime. But they are happy to recommend products for which they get a commission. Avoid if you can. I wish I never paid, this is so unfair! Money wasted in this difficult times. Greedy practice with a greedy hygienist.
