Never picks up the phone, just hang up. Poor customer service. Update: Fair enough, I called Wednesday 3:30pm (yesterday), but I guess it was close to 4pm. Happy to upgrade the review to 3 star though as email reply took a whole week where the automatic reply mentioned that we should get a response within 3 working days.
