Have lived for almost 1 year and very satisfied by the new renovation and style of the apartment. Comfortable room with the work space, what will be useful for people who work remotely. Active district with the excellent transport interchange and supermarkets in 3 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

I personally am happy with my room, the house in general too. Anything that needs repairing seems to be done straight away so no issues there. Great location. It’s central to work, Albert road and lots of pubs. Been here since Aug 2022 and have enjoyed it so far. As far as house shares go, I am happy here

This place is a joke together with the Agency they work with. I believe the place was not inspected and prepared to rent. Falling apart furniture takes to repair a month, faulty broadband takes to repair 2 months even is part of the agreement; no compensations given even though we had to take additional mobile internet or BT to study. Mould on the window painted over with a white paint to cover the problem, reported to the agent the day of moving in, to the Bunked as well - ignored as they believed mould was not active. Unexpected visits from the maintenance team and threatening calls from the agency that property is dirty or have broken chair to charge guarantors.(broken was originally provided by the landlord, the same well used sofa that meant to be replaced) I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!
