[This review should not be a reflection on the staff members who we found incredibly professional] We put our 2 year old child there for a year or so before moving house. We gave the nursery 8 weeks notice that we were taking our child out. This was a popular slot and would fill very easily. When we informed the nursery on the morning of, there was no 'oh really we will miss the little one' etc. Instead I was immediately informed by the NURSERY staff that I must pay ALL of next terms fees. That is literally the first thing the nursery HEAD said to me when I informed her. We gave 8 weeks notice and were told unless every single slot of at the nursery is taken - mornings and afternoons (our child was only in three mornings!) that we will be forced to pay the entire next term for FIVE DAY SESSION. The nursery owners bombarded us with legal letters and warnings of debt collection through a law firm. They also attempted to add 20% (yes 20%!) interest. Avoid this nursery - I would not trust an organisation like this with my child if I knew this was their attitude to profit, which is clearly at the forefront even the teachers minds given my experience above. There are plenty other lovely nurseries in Clapham (we visited most) and I wish we had put our child elsewhere.
