I’ve used Buller Ltd for over x4 years now. The quality of the products is excellent. I recently had an issue with one of x9 items I purchased. I send images and a 30sec video to demonstrate the problem. The company who made the item are based in Germany and after forwarding my video they sent a replacement unit superbly packed. Buller staff interceded throughout, were helpful and kept me updated continually. I will always buy from this company, you pay for what you get and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Ordered a 2400mm track set for a sliding door. I did the order in the evening and asked for asap delivery as my door was hanging off! Had a message it was dispatched by 7:30 am the next day and received the very next day! The track was perfect, with a very quick delivery. I can highly recommend.

Placed an order early December to then find out that there is a "system glitch" which doesn't tell them when something is out of stock and put my whole order on hold..... I spend ages chasing to now find out some stuff is out of stock. They then deliver what they have, but with stuff missing. It's now middle of Jan and I am chasing again to find out what's happening. Apparently your chasing your "distributor" for the missing stuff (was told this last week as well and still nothing" and the drawer runner that was out of stock has come in, but is now out of stock again. This time I get offered that the staff member will put a reminder in the diary to make sure I get it when it comes at the end of the month. The drawer runner has now changed spec apparently.... I ordered 6 x 490 tandem runners and got sent 5 x 490 DTC rjnners. When I informed them they sent the wrong runners I got told DTC are Blum.... Quick call the the Blum rep and they are clearly telling porkies. So I would like my 6 x 490 Blum tandem runners and 10 missing drawer adjusters. Or just refund me for them and collect the 5 runners that you misold me, and I can ordem them from another supplier that distributes Blum stock. .I will update this when I actually get a resolution

Bought a pair of hercule rails which were delivered on time. We ordered a soft close with it and unfortunately it went wrong. Contacted Buller Ltd and they are sending a replacement A. S. A. P. Excellent service. We would definitely recommend using this company. And will buy from them again with no hesitation.
