We have been ordering from Bulk for a while now (4 years), and the quality of their products and service is just outstanding. Last time we ordered, one of the protein bags was punctured and the powder spilled out a little. They sent us a new bag right away. Last year we made an order containing Chia seeds, and we found out just now that they contained some sand. Not a big issue, just sieve it and done. But they refunded me both bags. Simply outstanding service all together, thank you Bulk. Looking forward to ordering from you in the future.

Awful experience. My order arrived damaged. I immediately contacted the company. I sent many emails, trying phoning but number doesn’t work. I’ve heard nothing. I’m left with a damaged, unusable item and have had no response from Bulk. A complete waste of money.

I've ordered from BULK (formerly BULK Powders) now for a few years and have consistently enjoyed their great offerings! Not only are they inexpensive, their quality of products is very high, AND, they offer great discounts! I'd have given BULK five stars if their website would function perfectly. Alas, I still have to open an Incognito tab in my web browser and log in there, because clearing my cookies in a non-private browser (I use Chrome on Linux) doesn't let me use the site. I've mentioned this to them twice but after almost two years now it's still not fixed. Also, their customer service seems to use a translator app to address inquiries. They should hire people who write the language of the respective website's language, instead of relying on an automated translation service. It can be confusing communication with customer support (and has), and it looks unprofessional. The same goes for certain parts of their website, some headers appear in a language other than the website's language; for example I've seen (what I believed to be) Danish on the Dutch Bulk website. It is confusing at times, and, again, not to mention it looking unprofessional. A company of this scope should have this stuff sorted out immediately, but it's been this way since I placed my first order with them, years ago. Packaging is crisp, but could use some fillers to protect the ordered items (never had anything broken, though, except for a free bidon they sent me). Delivery is fast (five days tops). Mind you, the orders have to come from the UK, so it's understandable it takes this time to reach its destination. Anyway, while BULK's products may not be the best of the best, I'd say they are about 85 to 90 percent compared to the best out there, yet for a FRACTION of the price, giving you great value for money! In other words, why would you pay almost twice as much to get only 10 to 15 percent better quality? The only reason I still also order from other companies is that BULK doesn't offer those specific supplements, or not in the quality in which I want them; if they would, I'd order them from said company too. I strongly recommend you give BULK a try, I think you won't regret it!
