Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Been asking for my refund when I moved home back in Nov22 and they're saying they don't have payment details anymore so I would need to wait for WISE's email to get my refund. Up to now I still haven't heard from both and their customer service is just the worst and not helpful at all. Taking advantage of people is not good, Bulb!

I have left this company a while ago and I had a direct debit set up with. They used to charge me £450 every month and recently they sent a bill £1200! I'm asking them explain those changes and they are not able to explain it. This company is a dudge company. I wouldn't recommend them. I wont pay£0.01 of they dont explain those changes because I believe something is wrong with thier calculations

Swapped to Bulb a couple of years back - not regretted it. Although it is not at every moment the cheapest combined tariff deal it does seem to be the most consistently good value. I've had only excellent and responsive service. Even the administration and incorporation into Octopus has been entirely professional, well-communicated and painless.
